How we work together

I use evidence-based, trauma informed approaches to help you process, understand, and move forward in a way that feels more like you.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing

Some experiences don't fully respond to talk therapy alone — because trauma isn't just stored in words — it's stored in the body.

EMDR helps you process what's been stuck so it no longer feels as overwhelming or present in your day-to-day life.

It's one of the most researched, evidence-based approaches for trauma — and a central part of how I support healing in my work.

It can also be effective for challenges like anxiety, depression, panic attacks, grief, and self-esteem issues.
