Individual Therapy

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're going through the motions  you don't have to keep carrying that alone.

Individual therapy is a space just for you. You are the expert in your own life — I'm just here to listen, guide, and help you build a life you actually want to be living. â€‹

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions are 53 minutes held weekly or biweekly depending on your needs.

Sessions are held via secure video platform — no commute, no waiting room, just a space that is entirely for you.

THIS MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF:

  • You feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected

  • Anxiety, depression, or past experiences keep resurfacing

  • You're going through a life transition and don't feel grounded

  • You're used to holding everything together — even when you are exhausted

  • Your emotions feel intense and hard to manage

  • You struggle to set boundaries and put your needs first

  • You're ready for change, but not sure where to begin

Family Therapy

If your family feels stuck in the same arguments, the same distance, the same patterns — and you're not sure how to break the cycle — you're not alone.

Family therapy creates a safe space where everyone can feel heard and understood. Together, we'll slow down, work through challenges, and find ways of communicating that actually feel better so your family can build stronger relationships and feel less stuck.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions are 50 minutes and may include caregivers, children, or the whole family depending on your needs.

We focus on communication, emotional understanding, and practical tools to help things feel more manageable at home.

THIS MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF:

  • There is frequent tension or conflict at home

  • Conversations quickly turn into frustration or shutdown

  • Your family is going through a transition or stressful change

  • You feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating

  • You want to better understand and support your child or teen

  • Everyone is trying, but it still feels hard

Child & Teen Therapy

Children & Teens face a unique kind of pressure — at home, at school, and within themselves. Whether your child is struggling with big emotions and behavioral challenges, or your teenager is navigating anxiety, identity, or school stress, I provide a warm, low-pressure space where they can open up and grow.

I work collaboratively with both the young person and their family, because healing doesn't happen in isolation. My goal is to help your child or teen build confidence, develop coping skills, and feel more like themselves again.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions are 53 minutes and are tailored to your child or teen's age, personality, and needs.

Some sessions may include creative or expressive activities, while others focus more on conversation — depending on what makes your child feel more comfortable.

I take a gentle, trauma-informed approach, moving at your child’s pace and prioritizing safety, trust, and emotional regulation. I also collaborate with caregivers so you feel supported along the way.

THIS MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF:

  • Your child or teen feels anxious, overwhelmed, or easily frustrated

  • You've noticed changes in mood, behavior or withdrawal

  • They're having a hard time expressing or managing emotions

  • Something difficult or stressful has impacted them

When you're ready, we can start with a conversation.
